In 1906 George G. Robinson founded Lehi Roller Mills with a simple philosophy: the best wheat makes the best flour. Things haven't changed much since then. Grandson Sherm Robinson still selects each bushel of wheat the way his father and grandfather did - by hand. Sure we've incorporated new technologies as they've developed but after generations of flour milling we feel the most important way to produce exceptional flour is to personally take the time to do things right. It's the way George G. Robinson did it, and the way it's still done today. It's that kind of attention to detail that's made Lehi Roller Mills' products superior in quality and taste since 1906.
