Heart healthy never has to be boring! In fact, with our mixes, heart healthy has never tasted so good. Try whipping up a batch of our fiber-filled, multigrain muffins with these variations!
1 box Lehi Roller Mills Heart Healthy Multigrain Muffin Mix
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 ½ cups of water
1 8oz can of crushed pineapples, drained
½ c shredded coconut
½ c dried cranberries
½ c chopped pecans
• Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
• In a mixing bowl, combine muffin mix, 1 ½ cups of water, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Mix it up!
• Stir in crushed pineapple and coconut OR dried cranberries and pecans
• Scoop the mixture into a greased muffin tin or paper muffin cups
• Bake 14-18 Minutes
• Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
