That’s what you’ll get with this decadent S’mores Brownie Trifle. And of course, add in the gooey marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers for the perfect dessert.
With every bite, you can indulge in full S’mores flavor. The recipe starts with our Lehi Roller Mills Double Fudge Brownie Mix and is easy to make by layering pudding, whipped cream, marshmallow cream, toasted marshmallows, graham crackers and broken pieces of Hershey candy bars.
S’mores Brownie Trifle Ingredients
1 box Lehi Roller Mills Double Fudge Brownie Mix
1 small package of prepared instant chocolate pudding.
8 oz tub of Cool Whip, thawed in the refrigerator
½ bag of mini marshmallows, toasted
7 oz container of marshmallow cream
4 snack size Hershey bars, broken in to pieces
S’mores Brownie Trifle Directions
Mix and bake the Double Fudge Brownies as directed and let cool.
Once your brownies have cooled, cut into 1-inch squares.
Pour ½ bag mini marshmallows onto a well-greased cookie sheet and broil for about a minute while watching closely.
Combine the Cool Whip and marshmallow cream in a bowl and combine until smooth.
Add a third of the toasted marshmallows to the bowl and mix.
Begin layering the trifle starting with a layer of brownies, topped with Cool Whip Mix and then a third of the graham crackers and then chocolate pieces.
Top the trifle with the remaining toasted marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate pieces.
